Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver our products across Germany, the EU, and selected international countries. Below you will find all details related to shipping and delivery from ZIGG.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Costs
- Germany: 3–7 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days (depending on destination)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location, weight, and shipping option. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted logistics partners such as DHL, Deutsche Post, Hermes, and other local couriers depending on the delivery region.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or delivery refusal, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. We will contact you in such cases.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contactzigg@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and offer a resolution.
