Exchange & Return Policy
At ZIGG, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges in line with German and EU consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you (or a third party named by you) received the goods.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
3. Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-related items
- Gift cards
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contactzigg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. You will be notified via email.
7. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us to check availability and arrange an exchange.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
